The Spelling Cube is supplied by Michael Nelson, trading as darklingspy games. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This includes subscription renewal payments: the window starts on the date of the payment you wish to have refunded.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and use your purchase email or receipt to request a refund. Paddle handles the request and returns funds to the original payment method in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.

If you need help with a request, email darklingspy@gmail.com. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Cancellation and the free trial

You can cancel automatic renewal from your parent account and keep access until the end of the paid period. Cancellation alone does not request a refund; contact Paddle if you also want a refund. The seven-day free trial requires no card and incurs no automatic charge.
